Natural Dental Cleanings
- A more thoughtful approach to a cleaner, healthier mouth
Your mouth is one of the gateways to your overall health, which is why controlling plaque and inflammation matters beyond simply keeping your teeth clean.
At Natural Focus, we use our ABC — Air-Polishing Biofilm Control — approach,
incorporating gentle glycine air polishing to help remove biofilm and surface stains.
Glycine is a naturally occurring amino acid—one of the building blocks your body uses to make proteins. The fine glycine powder used for air polishing is low-abrasive and allows us to gently clean around natural teeth, restorations, and implants. We also use warm air polishing for added comfort.
But a great cleaning isn’t only about what we remove.
Saliva Testing
- Because brushing is only part of the cavity story.
A simple in-office saliva screening can give us additional information about factors such as acidity, buffering capacity, and your oral environment.
For patients experiencing frequent cavities, enamel changes, dry mouth, or other concerns, this information can help us create a more personalized prevention strategy.
Ozone Dentistry
- Supporting a healthier oral environment with activated oxygen.
Your mouth contains many types of bacteria. Some support a healthy oral microbiome, while others can contribute to cavities, gum disease, and infection when they become imbalanced.
Many disease-causing bacteria thrive in low-oxygen areas, such as plaque, gum pockets, or damaged teeth. Ozone can be a useful supportive tool in changing that environment.
Depending on your needs, we may incorporate ozone into preventive, periodontal, restorative, or surgical care to support a cleaner, healthier oral environment.
Laser-Assisted Dental Care
- Different wavelengths. Different purposes.
Different dental lasers interact with tissues in different ways, allowing us to select the appropriate wavelength for the treatment we’re providing.
Depending on your needs, laser technology may be incorporated into gum care, periodontal therapy, restorative procedures, healing support, and selected airway-related treatments.
It’s another tool that allows us to provide care that is precise, personalized, and minimally invasive whenever possible.
Fluoride-Free Remineralization
- Supporting enamel with the right minerals — and the right environment.
Remineralization is more than applying a product. Teeth need the right minerals, saliva balance, and daily habits to stay strong.
Depending on your needs, we may recommend options such as hydroxyapatite, MI Paste, Theodent®, or other mineral-supporting therapies to help strengthen vulnerable enamel and reduce sensitivity.
We also look at factors that can work against remineralization, including frequent snacking, acidic drinks, dry mouth, and eating habits, so we can help create an oral environment that better supports your teeth naturally.
Treatment is personalized based on your cavity risk, enamel condition, sensitivity, and lifestyle.
