Breathe Better. Sleep Deeper. Function With Greater Comfort.
AIRWAY, SLEEP & TMJ CARE IN FRISCO
Many people treat jaw clenching with mouthguards and daytime exhaustion with caffeine, never discovering the link between the two. When your airway narrows during sleep, your body involuntarily thrusts the lower jaw forward to open breathing passages—triggering severe clenching, TMJ disc stress, and facial muscle spasms. By treating the airway and jaw as an interconnected system, we address chronic pain at the source rather than just masking the symptoms.

More Than “Just TMJ”
Jaw discomfort can involve more than the joint itself. Muscles of the face, head, neck, bite, clenching patterns, sleep, and oral function may all contribute to symptoms.
We take a broader look at concerns such as jaw pain, facial tension, headaches, clenching and grinding, limited opening, clicking or locking, and discomfort with chewing. Our goal is to identify contributing factors and create a conservative plan focused on comfort and function.
SLEEP PATHWAY - From Screening to Treatment
We believe sleep and airway care should feel simple and connected. From screening and home sleep testing to appliance therapy and follow-up, much of your care can happen in one familiar place. When additional medical evaluation is needed, we coordinate with sleep physicians and other specialists to help keep your care collaborative, convenient, and easy to navigate.
A note from our founder
My commitment to airway and sleep care is deeply personal.
I saw how my husband’s snoring, disrupted sleep, and shift-work schedule affected his energy and daily function—and how important it is to offer clear, practical options that respect each person’s comfort.
When my daughter was born with a significant tongue and lip tie and a narrow high palate, I experienced these concerns as both a dentist and a mother.
These experiences shaped my connected approach to airway, sleep, oral function, and jaw health—helping families feel informed, supported, and confident in their next step.
